This first is of my breakfast this morning. The fish was done on the grill a day or two ago and these were the leftovers. With kale in the microwave and a bit of Lockport Chiavetta's BBQ sauce, they were tasty.
This batch on the bottom are the left overs after the fish caught with Chuck were filleted. I fried them up crisp and they were very good, many of the bones were crunchy and when they were not, a small bit of flesh separated from the bones fairly easily.
I'm doing much less fishing than I imagined I'd do. So using all the fish makes good sense. Of course, the whole grilled fish that I ate with the kale makes much more sense.
